Maybe the type of community you are looking for doesn’t exist in your area and you are thinking about starting your own co-op—once you have all of the necessary requirements, submit your local homeschooling group to our database so people near you can find your new co-op or homeschooling group!

Whether you are an introvert or extrovert, whether you live in a city or rural area, whether your kids are just hitting school age or about to graduate, there is homeschooling encouragement and support to be found in community.

Bayside offers several different fun filled day camp options for youth ages 4-15. Camp White Tail for ages 4-7 (1/2 day options also available for 4 & 5yr. old’s), Camp Ultimate for ages 8-13 and 5 different full day Specialty Camps (Fishing, Art/Photography, Soccer/Sports, Cooking, and STEAM) are held at Sandy Point State Park. Older teens (14–15) can also be a part of camp by participating in our Leadership Trainee Program and/or the Trip/Overnight Camp Program for ages 9-15. Unlike most day camps, Camp White Tail and Camp Ultimate place campers based on their interests. Campers are grouped more by activity choice rather than by age. Each week you and your child can create a camp experience based on how they want to spend their time at camp by selecting from a wide variety of activities that change weekly.

Sandy Point State Park is the location where we combine wildlife, recreation, outdoor adventure & discovery into one! Children choose activities based on their own interests. Outdoor camp programs are run at, but not affiliated with, Sandy Point State Park. If your child wants to plan their own summer camp have them join us! We strive to make all of our programs affordable so everyone can enjoy a Specialty Camp designed for their interests! Look below: we are parent friendly too! All weeks offered! Weekly sessions!
