Sci-Tech Discovery Center is planning some spooky science fun with special activities planned the week of Halloween at the Frisco-based museum. Ranging from cow eyeball and sheep’s heart demonstrations to turning water into blood, the activities promise hands-on fun for all.The activities, listed below, are included with museum admission and run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 29-Nov. 1.Oct. 29: Cow eyeball and sheep’s heart demos; hands-on fun with slime, fake eyeballs and fluorescent pumpkins Oct. 30: Elephant toothpaste with pumpkin demo; hands-on fun with owl pellets, Q-Tip skeletons and spider/insect rub. Oct. 31: Turn water into blood, fake scars and organs (yuck!), more fake blood and green ectoplasm Nov. 1: Surprise scary fun.
