  • Academic advice, support, diversity or expertise in teaching

  • Socialization opportunities with same-age peers

  • Exposure to curricula, resources, and ideas from other homeschoolers

  • Structure and direction for the homeschool

Maybe the type of community you are looking for doesn’t exist in your area and you are thinking about starting your own co-op—once you have all of the necessary requirements, submit your local homeschooling group to our database so people near you can find your new co-op or homeschooling group!

Whether you are an introvert or extrovert, whether you live in a city or rural area, whether your kids are just hitting school age or about to graduate, there is homeschooling encouragement and support to be found in community.

Knight Orthodontics will be launching a new Hands-On Learning Lab program at our Louisville office open to children of all ages! Our goal is to provide opportunities for our young patients to grow in a fun learning environment as well as to increase their confidence and excitement for their overall health. With this program, children will get to be coached by one of our passionate and fun orthodontic assistants about basic oral health, but through exciting, hands-on experiments! We cover topics ranging from oral health self-care, to cavity formation and prevention, nutrition for oral and overall health, to even forensic dentistry. We are very excited to get this program running, so stay tuned and please feel free to reach out via our Facebook page, give the office a call, or stop in to see us!
